Monega Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, Cologne, Germany informed us on January 14, 2025 pursuant to Art. 43(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance of the threshold of 10% or a higher threshold from January 13, 2025, as follows:

• The investment of the notifying party is long-term and serves to generate trading profits.
• The notifying party does not rule out the possibility of acquiring further voting rights in the next twelve months, depending on the share price and the general economic situation.
• The notifying party does currently not intend to influence the composition of the Issuer’s administrative, management and supervisory bodies.
• No significant changes are envisaged to the current policy of the Supervisory Board and Management Board of the issuer with regard to the capital structure, the ratio of equity and debt financing and dividends.
• Concerning the source of funds, the capital is financed by 100% through equity capital with which the reporting party needs to finance the acquisition of the voting rights.
