Share buyback program 2024 – 2026 – Interim Report No. 10

In the period from 27 January 2025 to 31 January 2025, a total of 374,158 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
