Investinor Direkte AS (“Investinor”), has on 21 February 2025 sold 39,947 shares in BerGenBio ASA (“BerGenBio”). Following the transaction, Investinor now holds 1,915,433 shares in BerGenBio, corresponding to 4.90% of the share capital.
This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
