Retirement of Director

As stated in the Company's results for the year ended 30 June 2015, announced on 23 October 2015, Gordon Hamilton, non-executive director, had indicated to the board that he wanted to reduce the level of his non-executive commitments.

The board announces that Gordon has today retired from the board with immediate effect.  It is the board's intention to appoint a new non-executive director as soon as practicable.

David Phillips, Chairman, commented:

"We are unreserved in our gratitude for Gordon's cool and worthy contributions during the more than 5 years he spent as a member of the board."
