Foxtons Group plc announces that it has purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of £0.01 each:

Number of ordinary shares purchased:	138,546
Highest price paid per Share (pence):	198
Lowest price paid per Share (pence):	192

Following the purchase of the shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises       280,925,414 ordinary shares. Each share carries one vote. Accordingly the number of shares with voting rights in issue is 280,925,414. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
