Barratt Developments PLC ('Barratt') announces that Tom Keevil, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Barratt, stepped down from his position on 31 December 2015 ahead of his retirement from Barratt later this year.

Tina Bains, Deputy Company Secretary of Barratt, took over as Group Company Secretary effective from 1 January 2016.
