Pre-Close Trading Update

Clarkson PLC confirms that since its 3 November 2015 trading statement, in which it stated that adjusted profit before tax for the year ending 31 December 2015 was anticipated to be in the region of £50m, trading has continued in line with this expectation.

It is anticipated that the preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2015 will be announced on 7 March 2016.
