Assura plc ("Assura" or "the Company"), the UK's leading primary care property investor and developer, today announces that Jonathan Murphy, Finance Director has sold 1,064,354 Ordinary Shares at 55.0 pence per share.

Following the transaction Mr. Murphy has an interest in 876,250 shares representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
