Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company today announces that it has been notified by Paul Wise, Chairman of the Company, of a share purchase he undertook on 28th May 2014. The purchase was of 12,466 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 92 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Wise's notifiable interest stands at 3,060,134 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
