Notice of Dividend

The Board of Directors of Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") has approved the payment of its first quarterly interim dividend of 1.28125p per Ordinary Share, as envisaged in the Board's statement regarding future dividends issued on 11 November 2015.  This dividend will be paid on 26 February 2016 to shareholders on the register as at 15 January 2016 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 14 January 2016.

Qualifying PHP shareholders will continue to be able receive new ordinary shares in the Company, credited as fully paid, in lieu of the cash dividend, by participating in the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scrip Scheme") that has been put in place by PHP.

Details of the Scrip Scheme will be circulated to all shareholders on 22 January 2016 with the option to participate in the Scrip Scheme being available to shareholders with regard to this dividend until 12 February 2016 (the "Election Date").
