Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 23 December 2015 that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 700 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 165p per share.  The shares, which represent 0.001% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Rock Nominees.

Following this purchase, which took place on 23 December, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest in 100,364 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.191% of the issued share capital of the Company.
