Harworth Group plc ("Harworth") today notifies the market that its Chairman, Mr Jonson Cox has informed the Company of a sale of 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each by members of his immediate family  and held in the name of HSBC Global Nominees at a price of 13.06p per share on  21 December 2015. Following the transaction Mr Cox and his immediate family continue to hold 8,665,712 ordinary shares representing 0.296% of Harworth's ordinary issued share capital.
