Notification under DTR 3.1.4

The Company announces that on 21 December 2015 it granted an award in the form of a nil cost option over ordinary shares in the Company to the following PDMR in accordance with the Marston's 2013 Deferred Bonus Plan.

The award is the portion of the bonus earned for the financial period ending 3 October 2015 that the individual has elected to receive in the form of an award under the Plan.  No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.

Subject to the rules of the Plan, the award will vest on 22 December 2018.
