The Company has been notified that on 17 December 2015 Mrs J Terrington, wife of Mr Nigel Terrington Chief Executive of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of £1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC ("Ordinary Shares").  In total, 50,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at a price of 362.12 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange.
