Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Group announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015 (the "Annual Report") is today being published on its website at http://www.zytronicplc.com/investors/results-and-presentations.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") is incorporated within the Annual Report.  Hard copies of the Annual Report incorporating the Notice of AGM are also being sent to

shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Whiteley Road, Blaydon on Tyne, Tyne & Wear, NE21 5NJ on Thursday 25 February 2016 at 2.00pm.
