NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)

In common with all eligible employees, executive directors and PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2015. The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted by the Company on 15 December 2015 at a price of 31.94p:
