TRANSACTIONS IN AO WORLD PLC ORDINARY SHARES.

The Company has received notification that John Roberts has today disposed of one million ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the share capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares) by way of gift to charity and for nil consideration.  Following the transaction Mr Roberts holds 109,387,235 Ordinary Shares in AO World PLC representing 25.98% of its total issued share capital.

Accordingly, we advise of the following changes to interests in the ordinary shares of AO World PLC in compliance with the UKLA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
