Transfer of Shares

Workspace Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 14 December 2015, Angus Boag, PDMR, transferred 93,263 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.057% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Claire Boag for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Angus Boag and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged, at 265,399, representing 0.163% of the Company's issued share capital.
