Result of AGM

The Board is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly approved by shareholders including the final dividend for the year based on the strength of the balance sheet.

In outlining the company's performance and strong financial position, the Chairman noted that consideration continued to be given to the property and the capital structure of the Company, so as to best support both the business and its capital efficiencies. The Chairman also noted that based on indications received the value of both properties are likely to be greater than their existing book values, subject to planning permission.
