Non-Executive Director Board Changes

Grafton Group plc today announces changes to its Board.

Ms. Annette Flynn has resigned from the Board with effect from 11 December 2015 due to a potential future conflict of interest related to a new directorship.  The Board would like to thank Annette for her contribution to the Board over the past five years and wish her every success in the future.

Mr. Roderick Ryan, who was due to step down from the Board on 31 December 2015, has agreed to remain on the Board for a period and will continue in his role as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
