Release of Management Lockup Arrangement

DFS Furniture plc ("DFS Group") confirms that it has been agreed with our IPO joint global coordinators that Ian MacGuffog, previously Chief Executive of Sofa Workshop, will be released with immediate effect from the IPO-related lock-up arrangements that currently apply to him. Ian recently left DFS Group following the successful integration of Sofa Workshop.

Ian holds shares in DFS Group equivalent to less than 0.3% of the issued share capital.
