Bristol Water plc (the "Company") today announces that Mike King, Regulatory Director, will be stepping down on 31st December 2015 as an Executive Director and as Regulatory Director of the Company.

The Board has commenced a formal search process for a replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Mike joined the Company in 2001 and has contributed to three successive periodic reviews during his 15 years with the Company.  He has been highly influential in the internal development of Bristol Water and has also contributed to the improvements in service the company continues delivering in the area where we operate.  We wish Mike continued success in his future endeavours.
