NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)

The Company announces that on 1 December 2015 Frank Stier, a PDMR of the Company, was granted an option over 8,750 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company under the Indivior UK Savings Related Share Option Plan at an option price of £1.60 per share. The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three-year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 March 2019.
