Result of Annual General Meeting

Filtronic plc (LSE: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for the wireless telecoms infrastructure market and adjacent markets, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands. As previously announced, Howard Ford and Graham Meek stepped down from the Board after the AGM.
