Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).

On 23 November 2015, Mr Watson, a Director of the Company, exercised options under the Spectris Performance Share Plan (‘PSP) over Spectris plc ordinary shares of 5 pence each (‘Shares’), that were granted on 11 April 2011.   The awards were granted in the form of nominal cost options with an exercise price of 5 pence per share and became exercisable on 11 April 2014 for a period of 7 years.

On 25 November 2015, Mr Watson transferred by way of gift 3,000 Shares to non-connected persons.
