Upon application of the federal and regional funds of geological information the subsoil user is obliged to provide on a free-of-charge basis the temporary storage of geological information it possesses, including temporary storage of rock and core samples as well as formation fluids. 4. The failure of the subsoil user to meet the requirements for technical projects in development of mineral deposits concerning the beginning of construction of infrastructure for production of mineral resources and/or commissioning of mineral deposits approved in the established order.
