Resignation of director

Following the acquisition of Proximity Communications Limited ("Proximity") on 24 October 2014 it was announced that its previous CEO, Darren Boyce, had been appointed to the Board of Maintel Holdings Plc as a non-executive director with effect from 24 November 2014.

This appointment was for an initial one year term, recognising the knowledge of Proximity that Darren could contribute to the combined group.

Following the successful integration of Proximity, Darren has resigned from this position, with effect from 24 November 2015.  He will continue to advise the Company as a consultant.

The directors of the Company would like to thank Darren for his contribution to the Company during the past year. His wealth of commercial experience and insight in our sector has been a valuable addition to the Board.
