The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 October 2015 was 107.70p per share.

A second interim dividend of 4.5p per share has been declared and is payable on 18 December 2015 to members on the register as of 4 December 2015.

The second interim dividend of 4.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 October 2015 as the ex-dividend date is 3 December 2015.
