Speedy announces that James Morley, a non-executive Director since 2 April 2009, will step down from the Board no later than 30 November 2015 and earlier if the appointment of a new non-executive Director is announced beforehand.

A search process for a new non-executive Director, who will also take on the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee, is underway and an appointment is expected to be made soon.
