No consideration is payable for the shares. As a result of the vesting of the award of shares to Mr Hopkins, a number of shares included within 11 below were disposed of to satisfy the tax and national insurance liabilities (and associated dealing costs)  arising on vesting. These equated to 130,021 shares for Mr Hopkins.  In addition, Mr Hopkins disposed of 146,621 shares, which is the balance of shares arising on vesting. In addition, Mr Hopkins disposed of a further 83,358 shares.    Messrs Boag and Pieroni Messrs Boag and Pieroni and their connected persons disposed of 50,000 and 75,000 shares respectively. Mr Boag disposed of 25,000 shares and his spouse, Mrs Claire Boag, disposed of 25,000 shares. Mr Pieroni disposed of 7,000 shares and his spouse Mrs Caroline Pieroni, disposed of 68,000 shares.
