The Board of Speedy announces that Dr Chris Masters, a non-executive Director since 13 July 2011, will step down from the Board with immediate effect.

A search is underway for a replacement non-executive Director who will also take on the role of Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. A further announcement will be made in due course.
