Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 12 November 2015, an employee exercised options over 2,400 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 2,400 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 23 November 2015.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,663,985 Ordinary Shares in issue.
