Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Spire Healthcare Group plc (the "Company") has been notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R that over 12 and 13 November 2015 Simon Rowlands, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 214,516 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares").  The Shares were purchased at an average price of 306.47p each.

Following the purchase, Simon Rowlands has an interest in a total of 214,516 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.05% of the total issued share capital in the Company.
