Animalcare Group plc (the 'Company')

Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights

Following option exercises under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme by an employee at a price of 130 pence per share, 5,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 5,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 16 November 2015.  

Subsequent to admission there will be 21,034,636 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
