The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces that following the completion of the Company's subscription on 15 September 2015, it received notification on 8 November 2015 that Dr Michael Sinclair no longer has a notifiable beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of Totally.
