Board Appointment

NEW NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT ZEGONA

Further to Zegona's announcement today and in accordance with disclosure requirements regarding Richard Williams' appointment as an independent non executive director, the Company would also like to give further details on Richard's new role. 

He will serve on both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.  Richard does not currently hold any of the Company's ordinary shares directly, but he has a long position equivalent to 56,000 ordinary shares through a contract for difference.
