EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 05 November 2015 the Trust completed the purchase of 394 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,795p.

On 06 November 2015, the Trust acquired a further 835 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,805p to satisfy 2015 EBT awards to Directors and staff.

Following these purchases the Trust holds 213,547 ordinary shares representing 1.56% of the Company's current voting rights.
