Exercise of share options & Director dealing

Director/PDMR Shareholding and Exercise of Options

ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has today been notified that on 3 November 2015, Ronald Turnbull, the Finance Director of the Company, exercised options over 9,109 ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's share option plan at a price of £1.75 per share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction Mr Turnbull is interested in 631,607 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R and 3.1.4 R(1)(a).
