COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION

The Board of The Paragon Group of Companies PLC ("Paragon"/"the Group") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary company, Paragon Bank PLC ("Paragon Bank"), has today completed its acquisition of the entire share capital of Five Arrows Leasing Group Limited for £117 million.

Paragon's results for the year to 30 September 2015 will be announced on Tuesday 24 November 2015.
