Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Confirmation of Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that the Company has 150,039,862 Ordinary Shares and 146,853,627 C Shares in issue. The Company holds no shares of either class in Treasury. The C Shares do not carry any right to attend or vote at any meeting of the Company, save for limited circumstances, where the consent of the holders of the C Shares as a class by special resolution shall be required. Therefore, the total number of voting rights of the Company is 150,039,862 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
