In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 2 November 2015, the Company had 853,491,180 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market.

As such, the total voting rights figure, which may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, is 853,491,180 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence.
