CVS, the UK's leading provider of integrated veterinary services, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at The Pennoyer Centre, Station Road, Pulham St Mary, IP21 4QT on 26 November 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will today be sent to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information electronically have been notified that these documents will be available on the Company's website, www.cvsukltd.co.uk.
