Filtronic plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has made available its 2015 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") to view on the Company's website www.filtronic.com/investors  and will shortly be available through the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The AGM will be held on Friday, 27 November at 11am at the offices of KPMG LLP, One Sovereign Square, Sovereign Street, Leeds, LS1 4DA.
