Change in particulars of Non-Executive Director

In accordance with LR9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, the Company announces the following in respect of two of its Non-Executive Directors:

·    Robert Lerwill has been appointed as a non-executive director of Reynolds American Inc (NYSE:RAI) with effect from 15 July 2015; and

·    Tony Bourne has been appointed a non-executive director of Totally Plc (AIM:TLY) with effect from 5 October 2015.
