On 26 October 2015, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 10,500 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 752.68 pence per share. This purchase represented approximately 0.0086% of the issued share capital of the Company.
