ScS Group plc ("the Company")

Annual Financial Report

Further to the Preliminary Results announcement made by the Company on 29 September 2015, the Company announces that it has issued its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 25 July 2015 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015.

These documents, together with associated Proxy Form and Notice of Availability, will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available to the public for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Copies of the Annual Report 2015 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015 are available on the Company's website at www.scsplc.co.uk

The Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 16.00 on Wednesday 18th November at Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham, DH1 1TD.

Hard copy documents have also now been posted to shareholders.
