Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP" or the "Company") 

Pursuant to the interim dividend of 10.0 pence per ordinary share announced on 20 August 2015, and the Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular dated 25 September 2015, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for the Scrip Dividend Offer in respect of 192,076 new ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). PHP has therefore today (26 October 2015) made application for the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 192,076 New Shares issued in lieu of the first interim cash dividend for the year ending 31 December 2015. Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 30 October 2015.
