Directorate change

Babcock announces that Kate Swann, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has decided to retire from the Board of Directors with effect from 31 December 2015, due to increasing travel commitments in her role as Chief Executive Officer of SSP Group PLC.

Ms Swann joined the Board in June 2011.

Mike Turner, Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Kate for her valuable contribution over the last four years to the work of the Board and its Committees."
