Directorate Change

The Board of James Latham is pleased to announce the appointment of Fabian French as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 16 October 2015.  Fabian qualified as a solicitor with Linklaters before commencing a career in corporate finance working for major investment banks including Daiwa SMBC, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Merrill Lynch.  More recently, he has worked in the charities sector and is currently Chief Executive of UK Community Foundations (the umbrella organisation for all community foundations) having previously been Director of Fundraising and Retail at Marie Curie Cancer Care.   

Commenting on Fabian's appointment, Peter Latham, Executive Chairman of James Latham, said "We are delighted to welcome Fabian to the Board.  His experience in the City and as a quoted company director will be invaluable for the Board as we seek to drive the business forward."   

At the same time, Pippa Latham has resigned as Non-Executive Director of James Latham.  Peter Latham said "I would like to thank Pippa for all her work and support for the Company over the last 25 years, including the last ten as Non-Executive Director and wish her well for her other business roles."
