INDIVIOR PLC (the 'Company')

2015 INTERIM DIVIDEND - CONVERSION RATE

Further to the announcement of the half-year results on 29 July 2015, the Company confirms that the exchange rate to be applied to the interim dividend is US$1.53966/GB£1.  Accordingly, the sterling equivalent of the interim dividend of 3.2 cents per ordinary share will be 2.08 pence per share.

The dividend will paid on Friday, 23 October 2015 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on Friday, 18 September 2015.
